Due to the nature of hair products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Bundles
• Frontals & closures
• Wigs (custom, machine-made, or factory-made)
• Sale items
• Accessories (edge wraps, wig caps, etc.)
This is to ensure every customer receives brand-new, untouched, hygienic hair.

If you receive:
• The wrong item
• A defective or damaged product
You may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
To qualify:
The product must be:

• Unworn
• Unaltered

• No combing, styling, washing, coloring, or installation
Items that show any sign of handling will not be accepted.
