Refund policy

At Righteous’s Beauty & Co LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality wigs and hair products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer exchanges under the conditions below.

 


Exchanges Only – No Refunds


We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange.


To be eligible for an exchange:


  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • The lace must be uncut and untouched.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • There must be no signs of styling products, odors, or damage.



Any item that does not meet these requirements will be returned to the sender.


Non-Exchangeable Items


  • Custom wigs or special orders
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Wigs that have been worn, installed, cut, colored, or altered in any way



How to Request an Exchange


  1. Email us at support@righteousbeautyco.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange within 3–5 business days.



If the new item is of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference before shipment. If it is lower in value, store credit will be issued.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
